Important Liability Notice:
Online Cape Town Helicopter Tours, Charters and Adventure Activities accepts no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in tour package, sickness, weather, strikes, civil unrest, quarantine. All such expenses will have to be borne by the client. Clients are recommended to have adequate insurance cover.
1). The prices listed is inclusive of VAT.
2). Depending upon availability of helicopters we reserve the right to break any large group into smaller separate groups.
3). Helicopter quotes are based on our current nett rate and can only be confirmed 30 days prior to departure of helicopter (s). All prices are estimated and are not guaranteed.
4). Quotation for helicopter tours are subject to landing permission being obtained from the necessary authorities.
5). Helicopter Flights / Safari Tours and or other adventure packages are subject to weather conditions, which are at the discretion of the pilot or the operator, contracted to Online Cape Town Helicopter Tours, Charters and Adventure Activities and the company cannot be held .
6). Should any helicopter (s) become unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to offer another helicopter (s) at a re-negotiated price or break the group up into other smaller groups.
7). All flight times are approximate and may vary as much as 20%.
8). Any flight / tour time flown over and above time quoted is for the clients account, pro rata.
9). Full payment is required prior to departure of helicopter (s) / Tours.
10. Cancellation of a booking made must be made in writing and is not effective until the Company receives such cancellation.
11). The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour, in any circumstances, and all tours shall operate subject to a minimum participant on the tour. In instance where the company cannot provide the tour booked, the Company will return to the client all monies paid, which shall constitute the full extent of the Companies liability to the client.
12). No employee or representative of the Company has the right to alter, vary, waive the right of these conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of the Company, unless such be in writing and signed by the director of the Company.
13). **All baggage and personal affects are at all times at the clients own risk and the Company cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to baggage or personal effects.
14). Travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory for all clients. Before a client commences a tour, he or she must arrange his her own insurance with a reputable insurer, with protection for the full duration of the tour .To cover injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss luggage, and the expenses associated with the cancellation curtailment of a tour. Cape Town Helicopter Tours shall not refund the client when the case of illness, death or loss of body parts Make sure of fully covered travel and medical insurance.
15). Clients bookings are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in Adventure Travel. While every precaution is taken to enhance the safety of the clients participating on the tour, the Company does not hold it self-responsible for death, or any injury or loss that might be sustained on tour.
16). The company reserves the right to change prices due to unforeseen increases or exchange rates fluctuations to which it maybe subjected. The Company also reserves the right to change any of the facilities or vehicles described in the brochure, without becoming liable for compensation or refund.

18). This Contract shall be interpreted under the laws of South Africa.
